The United States launched the third double anti-sunset review investigation on Chinese and Indian banners

On February 1, 2023, the United States Department of Commerce issued an announcement to launch the third anti-dumping sunset review investigation on the imported lined paper school supplies from China and India, and the third anti-subsidy sunset review investigation on the imported lined paper from India. At the same time, the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) launched the third double anti-sunset review industrial injury investigation on the products involved in the case to examine whether the material damage caused by the import of the products involved to the domestic industry of the United States will continue or recur within a reasonably foreseeable period if the anti-dumping and countervailing measures are cancelled. Stakeholders shall register with the United States Department of Commerce within 10 days from the date of this announcement. Stakeholders should submit their replies to the United States International Trade Commission before March 3, 2023, and submit comments to the United States International Trade Commission on the adequacy of the replies to the case no later than April 13, 2023.
