According to the data released by the American Forest Paper Association, the shipment of packaging paper and special packaging in the United States in November 2022 decreased by 9% year on year. The shipment volume in the first November decreased by 3% compared with that in 2021.

The operating rate of bleached packaging paper was 81.7%, down 2.8% year on year from 2021, and down 4.1% so far this year. The shipment of unbleached bagged paper in November was 81200 short tons, down 7.9% year on year from 2021.
